Shipping + FAQ

When will my order ship? Your jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order.

When will I receive my order? We ship USPS First Class, so you will receive your order in 5-10 business days.

I haven’t received my package! Help! We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we want to bless you, so please let us know if it’s been 2 weeks and your package hasn’t arrived yet. We’ll do our best to serve you.

Do you make this yourself? Yes! All New Eve Jewelry is handmade with repurposed materials and gemstone beads, by Megan Craig in Knoxville, TN.

Where do you get your materials? Estate sales, antique shops, shooting ranges, thrift stores, collectors, Etsy, Ebay, local bead shops , and friends like YOU! E-mail if you have any vintage trinkets you’d like to unload on me!

Will my piece tarnish? All jewelry is handmade with repurposed materials. Many of these items are raw brass and very old. Due to the repurposed nature of our pendants, natural patina may occur. If your piece oxidizes and you’d prefer a shiny finish, rub it with a mixture of white vinegar and salt. Check our blog for tips on restoring the shine of raw brass.

Will my piece look exactly like the picture? Due to the natural variations in gemstones, no two beads or pendants look exactly alike. We do our best to accurately portray the size, shape, and color of your piece. If you have a special request in regards to the finish of your gemstone, send us a message with your order and we’ll be happy to try and meet it.

Do you gift wrap? Each order of 1-5 pieces comes beautifully wrapped in one gift box, with a business card and thank-you gift. If you need separate gift boxes for each piece, or extra mini-prints to give to your friends, please let us know and we can add those to your order.

Who takes your photos? I've worked with many amazing Knoxville-based photographers, including Alex Sattler, Sharon Mann, Corey Watson, and Emi Curtis.
